What is changing

MiCA has applied in full since 30 December 2024. Member states could let existing providers continue under national law for up to 18 months; ESMA's list shows periods of 6, 9, 12 or 18 months. The last periods ended on 1 July 2026, and since then providers serving EU clients need a MiCA authorisation.

ESMA publishes its interim MiCA register as open CSV files. The figures below are recalculated from ESMA's CASPS.csv on every build.
