80 Crypto Firms Are Registered in Argentina. Binance, Coinbase and OKX Are on the List

The short version: 80 virtual asset service providers are on the CNV's PSAV register (CNV, read 21 Oct 2026). They include BINANCE SERVICES LATINOAMÉRICA S.A. DE C.V. -S.S.E, Coinbase Bermuda Services Limited, OKX Fintech, S.A. de C.V. (Sucursal Argentina), Lemon Cash, Bitso, Belo Argentina S.A., BUENBIT CRIPTO S.A.. No entry carries the name Crypto.com, KuCoin, Gemini, Gate.io, MEXC, HTX, Bitfinex, Upbit in its legal name, trade name or listed website.
What Registration Means
Registration is mandatory: a firm that is not on the register must not offer PSAV services in Argentina (RG 1058/2025). 34 registered PSAVs list all five activities in the legal definition; 57 include custody or administration of virtual assets and 73 exchange between virtual assets and pesos or other fiat currencies.
