   FSC Announces the First Registered VASPs

   Nine firms (eight from the former declaration regime and one new applicant) complete AML registration.

   Deadline for Former Declarants

   Firms under the former AML declaration regime had to complete registration by the end of September 2025 to keep operating.

   Virtual Asset Service Act Passed

   The Legislative Yuan passes the act on its third reading.

   Virtual Asset Service Act Promulgated

   The act is promulgated; it is not yet in force and the Executive Yuan sets its commencement date (Art. 56).
