Kyrgyzstan's Crypto Licences by Year: 67 Exchange-Operator Licences Dated 2024
Exchange-operator licences by licence date, and the miners registry.
The short version: By the licence date NAVA shows, exchange-operator licences were dated 1 in 2021, 6 in 2022, 48 in 2023, 67 in 2024, 49 in 2025, 12 in 2026; 23 show no date (NAVA, read 22 Oct 2026). The busiest year was 2024 (67).
Counts include revoked and suspended licences. The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service (FSA), which kept the registers before NAVA, reported yearly additions in its 2025 virtual-asset report; its figures count registrations per year and need not match the licence dates here.
Miners
NAVA's miners registry lists 11 entries (7 active, 4 revoked). The FSA's report on 2025 (published 10 February 2026) says that, as of its publication, mining activity on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is suspended (“деятельность по майнингу на территории Кыргызской Республики приостановлена”) and that mining entities on the state register have filed zero reports with the FSA since December 2025. The report does not give a start date or the legal act for the suspension. The “active” status on NAVA's registry is the status of the entity's registry entry; it does not show that mining is taking place.
