What Is Changing
Croatia applies MiCA directly. ESMA's list of grandfathering periods shows a 18-month transitional period, so providers that relied on national rules had to hold a MiCA authorisation by 1 July 2026. ESMA's Article 93 list names HANFA (CASPs) · Croatian National Bank (ARTs/EMTs) as competent authority for crypto-asset service providers.
The figures below count entries in ESMA's interim MiCA register (CASPS.csv) with Croatia as home member state, and entries passporting services into Croatia. They are recalculated on every build.
