Methodology · Uzbekistan
How the Uzbekistan tracker is built. Data is official and read on every build.
Sources
- NAPP, electronic register of licences (static page, two tables: active licences by section, and the registry of inactive licences). Per licence: company name, legal form, city or region, licence index and number, issue date and NAPP's grounds text. 33 licences (21 active, 12 inactive) held by 19 companies. The header wording and table layout are checked on every build.
- NAPP licensing regulation, reg. no. 3380 of 15 August 2022 (Lex.uz), for the licence types.
Labels
- Active: at least one active licence not suspended. Suspended: every active licence suspended. No active licence: only in the registry of inactive licences.
- Founders and shareholders, street addresses, e-mails, phones and TINs shown by NAPP are not stored.
Source Hierarchy
- official NAPP; Lex.uz (national legislation database).
- company none used.
- press · secondary none used.
Limits
- NAPP's separate list of exchanges under a special tax regime is not covered.
- “Not in the register” is not a finding about how a firm serves users in Uzbekistan.
