Methodology · Kazakhstan (AIFC)
How the Kazakhstan (AIFC) tracker is built. Data is official and read on every build.
Sources
- AFSA public register, Digital Asset Service Providers: every row on every page (48 licences, 42 companies). We keep company name, licence number, status, issue date and ordered activities verbatim. Licence numbers are checked for uniqueness. Licence detail pages are not read.
Source Hierarchy
- official Astana Financial Services Authority.
- company none used.
- press · secondary none used.
Labels
- A company's status is that of its best licence: active, then pending, then suspended, then no longer in force (expired, revoked by AFSA, withdrawn, withdrawn by participant).
Limits
- AIFC only; Kazakhstan's onshore regime is not covered.
- We do not map local companies to global brands.
- “Not on the register” is not a finding about how a firm serves users in Kazakhstan.
