- Xeltox Enterprises Ltd., also operating as Cryptomus and previously known as Certa Payments Ltd., a money services business incorporated in British Columbia, was imposed an administrative monetary penalty of $176,960,190 on October 16, 2025, for committing 2,593 contraventions of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act across 6 types of violations.
